I agree that the allowance of 0 would assist. I really do not want to take the time to edit each item when it is 'sold out'.... It's a solution, but it's added work.

cosmicray - You are correct - Paypal and GCO orders were automatic for inventory management, and others were manual. The customer paid with Paypal, so it should have happened via the system tools.
