okay i found the calculator and it is NOT enabled and all of my columns have 10.00 eccept the last one that says 16+ in the shipping matrix

this may sound dumb but i do not know how to copy the shipping matrix so that you can see it. and where would i find the shipping calculator to check it that is whats making it all funny?
