| I just found this in another thread here. You go into your admin section and choose "Color Templates". Click on the image of whichever colour template you have chosen. It will take you to a screen where you can upload your pictures. |

| Do you mean the one on the left hand side of you store, beneath your logo? If so, that is the explanation I gave. You do it through "Color Templates". |

| Ok. You choose a template by selecting the radio button underneath the pic, which is what you have done. Then click directly on the picture of the template you have chosen and it will bring you to another screen. That is where you can upload your own picture. |

Hmmm... Is it possible your picture is too large? Or maybe in a format that ecrater doesn't accept?
I'm not sure... I just added my picture this afternoon and it worked. |

What is the image format you are uploading?? |

| First you have to go to the Color Template area. If you already have a template selected and on your website, then click on the picture of that template. You will be lead to the area where you can change the picture. If you change the template or dont have a template in place already, then you have to select the template first, assign it to your site and then go in and change the picture. That worked for me. Good Luck |
