Filtering out the adult stuff and mark/delete orders

Two new improvements have been made:

I. Adult items have been filtered out during the searches. To include them in your searches, please use the advanced search and select the "incl sex stuff" check box.

II. Admin Tool => Menu Orders - The sellers can mark manually their orders as paid and delete them.
