Hello,
Recieved an order yesterday, but no shipping was charged at all although it was in my shipping matrix. Any ideas??

Do you have a link to the item?
Another thought is make sure your don't have PayPal some how set to override shipping charges. |

This is because you didn't select weight-based shipping for your items,
Solution: Edit all your items and select weight-based shipping for each one. |

I use flat-rate shipping and the two invoices processed so far both had the shipping on them one PayPal and one for a check). So it doesn't look like it needs to be weight-based. (Although at one point I did start putting zeros in for the weight rather than "1", but the instructions say, if I remember right, that you can use either number if you are going with flat rate.
Flat rate is certainly much easier to use, at least for me. Depends on what kind of item you're selling, though. |
