I have a customer purchased an item from me. He left me a negative feedback. Then he would like to withdraw it since the problem is fixed. Is that possible to do so? If yes, how?

I don't think he can change it. But others claim that customers can change their feedback. He could give it a try with the link in the first evaluation email again.
You could contact eCrater directly about this (use contact page). Explain the situation. |

I don't think the customer can change it either but I have had feedback changed by ecrater.May take a little time as they are prbly pretty busy |

I think when some customers get that first email.... they think they need to anwser right away.... I have gotten a neg with a "I have not gotten it" 1 or 2 days after ordering. Just contact ecrater... & if it's not a warrented neg, they will remove it for you. But can't change to positive |

I also reveived an negative feedback from a buyer ,I don't know which buyer because from the feedback information there are no buyer information, because the item suddenly out of stock ,I refund his money,but he said "No Contact, No information. Item cancelled. DO NOT BUY!!!! "
what should I do |

I think people have spam controls set so they can email anyone but they forget to permit the recipient to respond. |
