Bulk loading - normal lead time is????

I sent a file a week ago this evening, but it's yet to be uploaded.

I sent an email to questions@ecrater.com a few days ago asking for an ETA but have gotten no response.

So what's the norm? Is a full week out of the ordinary?

I'd really like to add this site to my portfolio and have Google checkout all ready to go, but I have way too many items to list individually.

I think it's a matter of whenever they're able to get to it. And considering that this is the week before Christmas...

UPDATE - file has been loaded. There were some problems with the bulk loader in late Dec.

I thought I owed an update since I was complaining earlier.
