now i know that there cannot be fakes but what about the replicas that are made from the originator, like the NBA jerseys that i have for sale, they are made by the NBA itself and i have a document that says i am "fully accredited" to make sales on them but is that thought to be ... a no no for ecrater? and if they are a no no can i take them off my store be fine? |

Those are fine since NBA "blessed" them.
What would not be fine are the ones that are copies of that and have fake NBA takes made in the sweatshops. |

Just make sure your document came from the NBA and is not a faked document from a drop-shipper or wholesaler. They do that with handbags. The document is not worth the paper it is printed on nor are the handbags. Remember it is a lot easier to fake the documentation than the product. |

VERY TRUE
You need to know your drop shipper - that's for sure.
Heck, even Sam's Club sold fake Coach bags for years (claiming they had no idea). |
