|

I have had other stores and when someone would purchase items, those sold items would automatically be removed and put into a sold bucket. I just had my first purchase and until I deleted the sold items that person's items were out there for someone else to purchase. What am I doing wrong? |

In your admin area... turn on inventory control. Search forum for inventory control & you will get a bunch of info. |

I would still manually check it. I have inventory control enabled and quite a few times I've had a customer pay by Paypal or Google checkout and the item remains available! Not every time, but it's happened a couple of times.
Now I try to remember to check every time. |

I received payment for an item today, but when I go into orders, it doesn't show any orders.
Any idea what is causing this? |

That's wierd... it's usually the other way around. Are you also selling elsewhere? |

I just figured it out! It was because I didn't include that link in my google checkout settings. |
