Everyone who pays instantly gets a form to leave feedback. PP and GC. |

I'm guessing you only sold at eBay. That's the only place online people leave feedback for every transaction. |

I doubt I have gotten feedback for more than 25% of my sales. Some can't leave it for one reason or other but others don't. It used to worry me that something was wrong but when the absolutely best items I send out don't get feedback I figure it is just that the buyers don't consider it necessary. |

I've been on Ppal for years and never saw feedback. How do you get your customers to go to Ppal and enter the feedback; and second, how do you link it or include it in Ecrater? |

There is no such thing as leaving feedback at PayPal. The original post is talking about buyers who use PayPal to pay leaving feedback at eCrater (not at PayPal).
You can't link any outside feedback to appear at eCrater. |

Could someone advise what the procedure is when item has sold. Are you suppose to cancel item in your shop when it's shipped. Is there a place to mark it sold, shipped, etc. |

Please read: http://www.ecrater.com/community/viewtopic.php?t=3759
If you got paid, you just keep the record. It is easy way to check and see the info. (Don't think your can delete the order info after the payment is made anyway).
It's not like eBay that you mark stuff and it gets marked at the buyers account. They are not all members (buyers fon't have to register). When you ship you can email the customer to let them know the item is mailed (unless it is a Google Checkout order. Then you click on the button in the GC account to send notice).
In eCrater account in Orders section you can see the details. If it is a money order or check payment when you receive the money you can check the paid option. But that would be just for you to keep track of things. |

Thanks for the link AC, that's what I was looking for. I have payment and it's on the way to the buyer, I'll put up the Sold Image for a week or so. |
