Ok i supposedly sold 2 items they have been paid for already via paypal but buyer only paid s/h on one item also the items are still showing up as active so why did they not close ??? I did receive this message from noreply@ecrater.com with a order # but they are still showing up as active..

Items never remove themselve --- you have to remove it.
As for the customer only paying shipping on one item - double check your listing - unless you have PayPal set that customers can edit it - they can't change anything themself.

It's within the settings at your PayPal account but I can't remember where exactly.. |
