|
|
I have been trying to figure out how to file completed orders away after they have been fulfilled. On the order page, all of my old orders are still there, and it is getting confusing for me. I have been trying to just make due and live with it, but it is really bugging me. Any help would be appreciated. TIA. |

That's the way it is. There is no way to move them or remove them. Just keep them as reference. |

I keep separate folders by category in my email account. It makes it easy to go back and find orders when I need to. |

With 100's of orders every month from all our stores.... we just rely on a spreadsheets instead of that order page.
We have so many stores & websites that there would be no way to go into each & every store. We use outlook that sends us all emails from all our stores & websites... then add to our spreadsheet. |

That is my problem too. I have 3 stores and will be opening some more. It is stressful to figure out where the sales are coming from sometimes.
I am not familiar with spreadsheets or how to use them. But, maybe when I have some free time, I should learn about them. The problem is trying to find the spare time. LOL |

Then maybe you shouldn't open more stores for a while. Decide how you will organize first.
You could always print stuff and keep them in folders (hard copies), if spreadsheets are confusing you.
However, it would be a good opportunity to learn how to. That would be time well spent. |

Yes, it would be a good idea to learn how to use spreadsheets. I will look into it. Thanks for your suggestions. |
