Currency Issue

Hi,
I am new and in the middle of filling my store, sorry if this has been raised before but can anyone help

I have feed Google checkout into my store with ease but the seems to be a currency issue ,the store currency is in USA Dollars and my Google checkout account is in British Pounds (GBP) (I am based in the UK)
when you go to the checkout you get an Error message from Google
as below, please any help thank you

I think it's not possible to automate the checkout this way because of the discrepancy.

However, Google Checkout can still be used. Perhaps my-little-e-shop-in-ukraine will pop in with some advice as he's been doing so quite successfully.

I THINK (don't quote me though) is here on ecrater you have to list with US $$ BUT in your description you can say what price in british pounds... but you have to send an invoice to them thru google. I think that's how it works.

Ref the Currency Issue

but I am sorry to say I went round in circles if I do find anything I will post it here,thanks again

factoryrefurbs: I also use GC UK. You're gonna have to invoice manually your buyers to get paid. Put a note in all of your listings that they have to wait for you to invoice them to allow them to pay you. Have a look in my store or my-little-e-shop-in-ukraine's to have an idea on how to do.

Unfortunately you cannot use currency other then US Dollars in your
store. That means, you cannot use Google Checkout if your account is
not in USD.
