Searching for info on buyer may be different than searching info on seller.
Since you have a username that means it is a seller. Only sellers register at eCrater.
If you are wondering about a seller. First look at their site. On text pages. Contact. So you can see if there is a phone or an address.
Then just Google the store name (and the name you see on the logo, which sometimes is different)
What kind of info are you after?
If you want to know if there are any fraud complaints etc about a seller and the seller name isn't too generic, you'll probably come accross it when you Google it.
Similarly with a prosepective buyer. You Google name, email address. (if you received a question)
If you are getting harrasing messages through the ASAQ, just contact eCrater and forward the info.
The problem is without knowing the situation I cannot help you much. If you are asking about a specific case a little background will help. |
