I am new to selling on the web and I'm trying to get an opinion on how my website looks?...Any criticism would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest you shorten you category names - at least those featured on your home page. They are too long to show up! Not to mention they make it hard to read on the left menu bar once inside your store.
Terms of service --- refunds?
FAQ - make some up
Are you really licensed in every state to collect and submit sales tax?
Most sellers aren't.
Keep in mind, as it appears to me that you are selling SMC products - they are not suppose to appear in ecrater.com searches and will not be feed to froogle.google as per the terms of using ecrater.com |

Regarding the product listing. yes, they are smc products, so should i discontinue this store per your reply?
