Well I've tried and I just can't figure out how to adjust the shipping matrix for my items.

I sell mix and match items and could possibly sell more multiples but I don't have the matrix activated (?). I've been just refunding the shipping overpayments.

Could someone possibly please assist me in figuring the matrix out so I can do shipping the correct way?
