That depends on what kind of shipping calculation you are using. The way it is displayed is not in your control.
If you have "Fixed shipping to" or "weight dependable" option selected it would look like the first display.
If you have the USPS calculated shipping option turned on (in Options) then it would appear as the second. |

While you are at it you might want to remove Cash on Delivery (COD) from your Payment Options. That is extra service that USPS charges you on top of shipping. You send the item and they collect the money (not cash as the name suggests but check). And you receive the money weeks later. Not a good option if you ask me. |
