Under Domestic, click the box in front of it and then click Edit. Under Status, choose Inactive to deactivate the calculations. To be on the safe side, scroll down just a little bit to Currency & Shipping Region. In this section look for the statement "Use the Shipping fee in the transaction instead of my calculator's setting" and click Yes. Go down to the bottom and click "Save Changes". When you get back to your Shipping Calculations summary page, the domestic option should now be grayed out and it should say Inactive under Status.
If you have a shipping calculation option activated on Paypal for International Shipping Methods, you will have to do the same for that one.
Of course, if you actually use the Paypal shipping calculator on another site, you will not want to change the status to Inactive. Then you would just want to select Yes for "Use the shipping fee in the transaction instead of my calculator's setting". This will leave the calculator active for other sites, but not active for ecrater.
Hope this helps!
