last update: all products entered between 5.13pm - 8.30 pm PDT are lost so you have to re-enter them. Same with the orders. At 8.30pm we restored the system to its 5.13pm stage. |

O.K., but the sold item that disappeared yesterday is now showing again, BUT, the most recent sold item (9:58 pm CDT Tuesday) is gone. |

Thanks much for restoring to a later time.
Once again being lazy pays off. |

Lucky me. All I "lost" was the "sold" jpeg I uploaded yesterday to a sold item. Everything else appears okey dokey. |

I got up this morning bracing myself to re-enter the 18 listings I lost yesterday only to find that they had returned.
Thanks so much!!! A little sunshine added to this rainy Virginia day. |

Interesting... What are some examples of items that are from other sellers? |
They are gone now. They are mainly bags, cigarette posters, etc. |
Hmm... an interesting little bug. Glad it's fixed or taken care of! |

eCrater, if it's possible to post these updates in the News section in store admin too that would be really great.
When I don't have time to come to the forums I'm still listing and checking that News tab for updates... |

I don't see any posting announcing a downtime..
Do you know how long it will be?
Since the notification says "scheduled" Where I can see the scheduled downtime in the future?
Thanks!
Scheduled Downtime
eCRATER will be back soon ... assuming everything goes well

Good question, I had a surge of sales within 15 minutes of the sales ecrater went down.. I was super excited. I see on twitter.com/ecrater there was a scheduled maintenance for 2/25.. perhaps it was rescheduled for today. |

Please mods, lock this topic. I and obviously others thought it pertained to the problems of 2-28-10. I was wondering why if the system was back my access to it was showing it still down. then I saw the date. |
