 I clicked on a product in another store to buy but all I got was the cart with no pay button to be found. I went to my store and clicked on a product and found the same problem. Am I missing something? Once a customer has something in their cart how do they get a pay now button? Sure makes me fee retarded! I am NOT a novice at this but have never purchased anything here at eCrater. Please shed some light on this for me -- I know there is probably a simple solution but I am unable to find it. Thanks for any help! |

There is a Buy Now button to the right of the price in every listing, however when I click that there are no buttons in the cart area - how weird is that? I'm off to check my own stores.
I know it was working yesterday becasue I purchased something here on eCrater just fine!
Someone needs to email eCrater and let them know  |

Yikes, its with all of them I have checked - no way to check out means no sales 
I know BigTall is sleeping at this hour, she's a night owl but I will try to get ahold of her to let eCrater know. I suggest everyone who reads this post, email them to let them know we have a major problem. |

Geezz I thought it was only me that was having that problem.
I don't have any pay buttons either. It shows in the item description all the payment methods I accept yet when you click "buy Now" there aren't any pay options on the following cart page....
Does anyone know how to fix this? Or what is going on with ecrater? Has anyone contacted Ecrater?
I think I will contact them now if I can find away to do so.

CURRENTLY GOOGLE PAY NOW BUTTON IS HAVING ISSUES, WORKING TO HAVE IT FIXED. PLEASE EMAIL brandyeastman@hotmail.com AND NOTE THE ITEM YOU WISH TO PURCHASE... I WILL MANUALLY ISSUE YOU AN INVOICE.
Do you think that is a good idea?

A TEMPORARY FIX for this problem is
REMOVED GOOGLE!!
eCrater.com has been notified. IT is a problem ONLY with those that use Google Checkout. IF You remove the payment option for Google checkout TEMPORARILY it will fix this issue, until Google gets the problem corrected. |
