|

I thought this was funny! Our local TV news weatherman was just talking about how cold it is tonight - below freezing - and very cold for the next few days. Colder than normal for this early in the winter in Kansas. Anyway, he just held up a pair of Long John's winter underwear as a visual aid for his forecast !
First time I have seen that one, but everyone got the point.
Have a great night!

did you have snow yesterday? Our weather report mentioned it was snowing in Colorado. I guess that was to make us feel better that the temperature dropped 20 degrees from Friday to Saturday and the sun was shinning. |

Living in Miami, Florida for the last 3 years made me realize how much of the Northeast I miss! I miss the landscape, the changing of the leaves, the smell of the damp leaves on those cold days, I can go on and on!
I will be heading back to the NE at the end of this month for a week and I cannot wait! I haven't seen my family and friends in over 3 years. It'll be good to come home again, even if it is for only a week. |

I live in central Illinois and it has been really cold here. We had freeze warnings out last night. It's only 46 here now. That's really cold for this time of year. If they start talking snow I think I'll move to Hawaii or somewhere. Man I hate cold weather. |

I've lived in sunny, hot, humid South Florida for over 30 years and I go "back north" every chance I get. I pray for the days when I can wear a sweater. It was over 90 degrees here today..... |

YEp, had snow on Saturday. NOT much -- more icey crap on my windshield that took me forever to get off as I had to go outside - not something I do very often.
COLD temps -- too cold for me, lol |
