|
|
My store is showing 20 number of sales, but I've had 22.
I believe I understand it's not showing the 21st sale (because I placed an order for the customer on my store, inputing my own email address during checkout and then forwarded the Paypal payment link to them). However, I don't understand why it's not showing the 22nd sale?
Why did it STOP at 20 SALES?? It's important that my customers know how many sales I do! PLEASE HELP!
The number of sales kept increasing with each order, but I don't know what the problem is now. |

Sales totals have been a bit slow to register recently. Mine are usually 2 or 3 days behind. |

It updates to show the next morning. Yours is now showing 21 sales. So no need to worry.
Do not place an order for your customer. Just keep that out of eCrater completely. Enter it in your own accounting and whatnot. You do not need to have everything show up in your store. Using your own PayPal account to put orders in can get your PayPal account suspended. Don't risk it. |

To prettywomanclothing,
I feel your frustration at those numbers on the item page! I've had more sales than the number shows, but I just try to ignore it and hope that prospective buyers don't pay much attention.
Up till the summer, I was too busy at the evil auction site to tend my store here. But thanks to the growing insanity there, I'm working more here and the sales are coming as I list more. So I don't think the numbers themselves deter the buyers, not all of them anyhow. (Now if Google just won't go as insane as you-know-where..... ) |
