Help. I cannot login, and cannot find my products.

Hello,

Is there anyone help me? I just find that I can not login and cannot see any product in my store.
Here is my store link:

My products are all very normal products, no brand and not copies, and I don't know why my store is frozen.
Can anyone knows why and tell me? Thanks a lot.

Darn... I'm not as good looking for threads... you are suspended though.
since we can't see why... look for the thread or in the ecrater terms to see what you did wrong. everything in english... you sell to usa customers... nonsense titles... listed in US$.... everything in the wrong global category?
Those are just some things that could be a problem.
You can still go into your admin area.... make changes & contact ecrater to let them know yo made changes.

From what I can See It looks like your store is Suspended.

Why I do not know. Ecrater doesn't tell you why they suspended you. You will have to figure that part out and fix it. Maybe read this. http://community.ecrater.com/viewtopic.php?t=1214

A Couple thing to ask your self to fix the problem.
Are your products allowed? The Images you use taken by you? If not do you have permission from the company to use the pics and have proof? Are they counterfeit products? Many more things.

You can contact Ecrater(bottom right button on Front Page) and ask them but it takes a while to get a answer(If they give one)

But now I can't even log in my admin account and cannot make any change.
I am so curious about it.
And I opened two stores with my IP address. Is this the reason that they frozen both two stores? But I see that some people also open two or even more stores.
Hope anyone knows why and tell me.

No... that's not your problem.... I have a bunch of stores here.
You should be able to log in at www.ecrater.com
Otherwise you could not make the corrections. if not... contact ecrater

Her items were not counterfeit. Lots of people here sell that line. They are young ladies clothing made in Korea I think but definitely would not be banned for that reason. I didn't look more closely just to see that they were not designer clothing.

If she had two stores selling the same line, that is something else.

The products are still showing in Google Shopping when you search for "woman-dress ecrater". Every product I saw had the same title:
Clothes, Trousers, T-shirt, sweater, coat, blouse, dress, pants.
The photos showed a variety of products, coats, pants, tops ... but the titles were all the same.

This really violates the Terms of Service:
3.4 What is not allowed to post?
- The same or very similar content several times (even in different categories)
- Meaningless title & description

If they opened 2 stores with the same meaningless titles, that alone would explain the problem.

OP, you have to read the Terms of Service to see what was violated. I saw this one thing, but I can't see your item descriptions.

ALL of the listings follow a format of a spammed title, (example: "Clothes, Trousers, T-shirt, sweater, coat, blouse, dress, pants") and the descriptions read, "If you need more detailed pictures and price, pls email me."
