I know I have not sold a lot here, but I do have 100% feedback. I'm curious why I don't have any stars showing on my items. |

I have made 11 sales but only 1 person gave feedback. It is really a shame, because I always ship within 24 hours, always include delivery confirmation and insurance, always followup with an email to let them know about the delivery confirmation and that I have shipped and always include a note with the package. What else could I possibly do? |

Should my items have stars? I saw a store that did. Is it a view option or something eCrater has to turn on?
I have 100% positive feedback.

EDIT: Nevermind, this is only in generic eCrater store, not my store. My items have stars. |

Bargain surfing, the lack of feedback has nothing to do with you. Many sellers shopping on ecrater have never bought anything on ebay and do not know about feedback and probably delete the ecrater feedback notices as spam if they even get them. I know I've received only 1 feedback notice from ecrater in all the years I've been selling and shopping here. Sometimes because of multiple purchases but other times they just don't arrive.
There is a site I buy from way too often, and every time I check out I get a pop-up asking me to rate the site. I never have done. They are annoying wastes of time and if I had a problem with the site or their products I call customer service. I think ecrater buyers react much the same way.
So please don't stress yourself about what more you can do to change the feedback situation. If you are doing your best, and having sales, that is what counts. Pat yourself on the back for doing a good job. |

I agree...I do not give feedback either. I think it is a waste of my time.
If I have a problem, I contact customer service also. |

This topic is not about why the OP didn't get feedback. It's about the green stars eCrater places on their homepage and why they are not displaying.
