Some suggestions on your store:

You need a better description. Take time to look at some of the stores here some of you competition as well as other categories and see how they sell the store in the description.

You need more pictures on your home page. Set up pictures for the categories. Navigation bar under basic set up. Start at the top and begin completing the steps. I think you will find it rather esay.

Another suggestion: You need to put in descriptions of you products. Your featured item shrek, what is that? If I were looking for phone accessories for a kid, I would not have a clue what that is. The easier you make for someone to buy, the better
