I created a whole bunch of products in different cataegories and whenever I click on a category (admin or when others click on the site) it says no products. When a featured item is clicked on it says no such product. I thought that not having the quantity in there may have effected it but when I change it to 1, still nothing shows up. I'm lost, help!

your store is suspended.
If your titles were anything like your category names that might be the issue.
Please read the terms. www.ecrater.com click on terms in the lower right corner |

hmmm I don't see why my store would be suspended unless its because the majority don't have photos yet, should I put my store on hold until I do? is that the issue? |

Stargleamer, BT gave you a link to the home page of eCrater and at the bottom of the home page is a link to the Terms of Service. You were told your store was suspended and you were given a good possible reason.
3.4 What is not allowed to post?
- Meaningless title & description
Everyone on the forum are sellers also and we can't see your items after you are suspended. The items are hidden until the seller can fix the issue. I just checked Google Shopping for "stargleamer ecrater" and some of your products are still showing for the short term. Your titles are FfPeachy, Minty, FfMinty, Butterscotch, Lemondrop, etc. ::
We are allowed up to 100 characters in our titles to describe what we are selling. You have to say what you are selling. If you are in a group of collectors for your special item your title may be understood, but your store is on the world wide web. Use your 100 characters to include keywords you as a collector would use on Google or Yahoo or Bing to find the item, then add words like figurine, curled hair tail, etc to catch the buyer that's never heard of Pony but might buy one for their grandchild.
Once you've read the Terms of Service and corrected all the issues you can contact eCrater to request re-activation through the Contact link on the home page of eCrater. |
