I don't know where you can report bugs, but I'm using Firefox and when I click "Buy Now" it takes me to a screen that says, "There are no products in the cart!"
Now when I do the same thing in Internet Explorer, I can proceed to the check out just fine.
Has anyone else uncovered this bug or can replicate it? I'm worried I'm missing a lot of sales. |

When you tested it with Firefox you were not using a bookmarked page or a cached page right. Because there is a safety measure that prevents purchases of items from cached pages. Clear the cache of you Firefox browser and try again please. |

Do you have cookies and/or javascript disabled ? Either of those might interfere with the shopping cart. |

Hmmm that might be it. I'll try it and if it works, I'll stop whining.
Is there a place to report bugs or do you just do it here? |

I didn't say "stop whining." If I wanted to say that I would. I don't have any need to say anything in a roundabout way.
I made a suggestion that there might be something else causing it than it being a bug. Before we report something as a bug it is always good to check other possibilities. This way there won't be many emails piling up eCrater's customer service. They already operate with a lag time.
Considering another seller posted in this topic that they are able to use Firefox and make a checkout, it is likely that the situation is specific to you. It may be because of what I mentioned or what cosmicray mentioned. Why not check those things first (since you are the only one experiencing it and therefore only one at the moment who could test that.)?
I am not yet convinced this is a bug. There are a lot of firefox users, if it was a bug there would be lots of sellers complaining that their customers cannot checkout with the system, which is not something I am seing. |
