Hi all, I am just now setting up my store, and wondering what the customer will experience while making a purchase. Will I receive an email when they buy? Do I need to send an invoice? Will I be able to contact the purchaser via email afterward? Sorry for all the questions. I have sold a little on ebay, and pretty much just wondering if the whole process is similar (other than the auction part of course.)

I have 2 suggestions for you -
#1 --- go to your store - pretend you are a buyer and buy something - if you add money order to your payment opinions just for this TEST you can see what the customer gets and what the seller gets.
#2 -- Take some time and READ
