When an item is sold, why is it still showing in the inventory even when you have listed as having only one?
I have been caught with selling an item that I do not have because I have already sold it.
Am I suppost to delete the item after selling? I though it was done automatically by eCrater?

Because the Inventory Control is not enabled or the payment is not an electronic payment.

You either delete the listing or hide it. You cannot leave it available for purchase if you don't have any more to sell.
To delete click on the red X next to the product name.
To hide click on the edit button next to the product name and click to check Hide option.

If you don't enable Inventory Control, the quantity won't change (nor will the listing get hidden if the quantity has reached 0) |

eCRATER does not delete it
they HIDE it if and only if you have the quantity in the box and if inventory control is turned ON
and if it's been purchase and paid for INSTANTLY.
