I am new to ecrater,after finished the registration,i uploaded some products on it.it has already been 2 days,i can see the homepage,but when refer to certain product,it shows"no such products"
my store is http://sexyshoesshop.ecrater.com/
Is it been suspended or what?i searched the same products of other supplier,whose title are almost the same,but why my products don't show up?
does the picture uploaded cannot be with watermark?
What exactly is the problem?so i can make changes. |

but i see some other supplier,say http://futurehoo.ecrater.com/
this shop sell the same designer shoes with tile of the brand.why it is ok?so confused.what is the exact problem. |

The following is the letter i got from ecrater about the reason:
Thank you for your inquiry regarding your store. Your eCRATER store has
been suspended. Please provide receipts for your items, so that we can
verify their authenticity.
The receipts must come from a reputable vendor, because they will serve as
proof that the items you sell are authentic. You can take pictures of them
or scan them, and send through email.
does it mean that i need to find a guarantor of reputable vendor from ecrator?or what does it mean?anybody can help me? |

| It means you have to show ecrater your receipts --- the invoice you paid to buy the products you sell. |

Are you using a drop-shipper and don't have the merchandise? If so in all probability your items are fakes. Designers don't use drop shippers.
Did you buy the shoes and now have them in your possession? If so you have a receipt for purchasing them. That is what you want to send to ecrater. |

When you buy it to sell it they give you a paper - a receipt, an invoice, something that says you bought it.
Something that says WHERE you bought, what the item is, how much you paid. Although ecrater don't care what you paid ... that's not the important part. |

When you buy it to sell it they give you a paper - a receipt, an invoice, something that says you bought it.
Something that says WHERE you bought, what the item is, how much you paid. Although ecrater don't care what you paid ... that's not the important part. |
i think i almost get your point.in fact,i am seller from China,and we are factory here,so i have the goods at hand.
so what you mean is that i have to send ecrater a receipt/invoice to show that i really got such goods.is that right?so would a paypal invoice be ok?? |
