I can't seem to see any of my items on the website.

Im guessing since I am a seller just like you and I can't see your products either

You sell MAC Cosmetics and other items - right?

Send in your proof of authenticity to ecrater using the contact form. This proof can be your recipt/ invoice etc.

Sorry I thought maybe I was wrong so I removed my answer.


It basically said that:

eCrater has a rule about accepting only payment methods in the Payment Options section of the accounts and this:

Quote:
Payment from Nigeria is by credit card via Paypal, deposit to GTB bank account or internet bank transfer to HSBC bank account. The account numbers will be sent when processing the order.


the part about bank deposits may be one of the issues.

The causes of suspension are listed in the first topic in this section. Go through to see what applies to you.

Ok, thanks... when i take this off, will they automatically sort it or do I have to contact them again? I already contacted them but they haven't replied to what the problem was.

From the terms page in your store:
Quote:
Payment from Nigeria is by credit card via Paypal or Cash.
COD (Cash on Delivery) is by agreement only so please contact me before placing your order if you'd like to use this option.


I don't believe CASH is an accepted form of payment at eCrater.

Cash on Delivery is an option. If you select this as a payment option, customers can select this as a payment method without prior consent from you.
I don't believe COD would apply to International shipment such as sales to the United States.

The Moderators here can give you better info than I can.

Hi there, I got a reply and they want me to provide the reciepts of the brand name products I have... I think i'll just take them down because there's no way I'll have the reciepts of those things bought ages ago, some recievd as gifts, some bought online...
