|
|
Hello: I have decided to broaden my selling and join eCrater. My store's name is Little Shop of Handbags. I have listed a few items and I have a couple of issues, which I need your assistance and advise with.
Before posting this I had been looking at other postings and got some good advise from them. I took the advise of purchasing a tripod from reading another post.
So far I'm happy with the way my store looks, but my pictures look horrible! They look so blurrrrrrred! I don't understand it. I've checked out other posts like I mentioned and I just cannot seem to fix them. Will I need to take fresh pictures and try again? Also so far I have put 1 picture for each item and I would like to show more views of them. I cannot seem to be able to do that. Dumb, Dumber & Dumbest - pick one I deserve it!
Under Manage Products there is Choose Category and Search - Title & Description I understand about choosing Category but what do I put into Search? Keywords? I'm not sure.
Please check out my listings and be very critical... I can take it! (I think )
Thank you so much for your input, it is greatly appreciated. |

This pictures are so small. It is hard to see what you are paying for. Not sure how to fix that.
Yes the pic in the top left is blurry. Maybe with a bigger photo it wil not be blurry.

Your pictures need to be at least 300 x 300 pixels for a buyer to be able to see the item properly. Mine are 400px. |

Thanks for the info. amount the size of my photos. I figured out what went wrong. What I haven't figured out is how to more pictures of an item in the description, so buyers can see the inside of the bags, etc.
Is there a posting I missed on this subject?
Also under Manage Products what do I type in Search and what does checking Title & Description do for my listing?
Thanks so much for your help.

When logged into your store each item has a camera icon and the pencil icon to edit. Click on the camera icon next to the item. |

You Guys are Great!!! Thanks so much! I think I fixed the size of my pictures, but I still haven't figured out how to put more pix in the description. Is there a way?
Also what do I do when I see under Manage Products Search - Title & Description?
Once again Thank You! |

I explained how to add pictures in my last post. You can only add one while creating the listing, then you have to click on PRODUCTS and then the camera icon beside the lising. Then add one picture at a time. |
