| I have searched the chat pages and cannot find out why when I click onto orders, I see that one has a green plus sign inside a circle. Can someone Please tell me what that is? I looked to see if it is feedback received and no feedback for me even though I have sold 7 items so far. |

It's a plus sign (a positive) next to your order name. What do you think it means? You got a positive feedback for that order.
It doesn't show because all that sales, feedback etc info is only updated once a day (in the mornings). Which means your customer left it today after the update has already been done. Which means you'll see it tomorrow on your product pages. |
