I am so sad to see when I cilck the item title on the order ,but I can not see this item ,it can search no such product??But in my other account every thing is ok.I am so confused.who can help me

| you've been suspended... look thru the terms on ecrater... fix your listings & then let them know you fixed it. |

I have check the shop status it is :active:
I have search the item from the google base,it is normaly,
I really do not know what happen,
have you met this problem before? |

Your store is not active. Your store is suspended by eCrater.
When a store is suspended you can go in and edit things to correct them, but none of your products would show up. It would show "no such product" and Google ads on product pages. So you can't sell anything but you can correct what you did wrong so you can get the store out of suspension.
Read: http://community.ecrater.com/viewtopic.php?t=1214 (and figure out which of those rules you broke. Correct your listing or remove them as the case might be. Then you contact eCrater to ask them to remove suspension.) |
