I have a store in ecrater: http://keysoftware.ecrater.com/
My store selling products as you see, like some seller here: http://davidhamlet.ecrater.com/ or http://ctac.ecrater.com/ and so on...
Just I don't understand the reason why my store is suspended but the others.
I get good feedbacks from buyer also.
I don't mean to compare with other sellers, but I would like to know the reason so that I can change and improve.

None of us in the Forum can fix your store or tell you why it was suspended. Only Ecrater can, you can contact them through the contact link on the main front page.
Read this link to help you figure out what is not allowed

Once you correct(or remove) the problem then contact Ecrater again and ask them to reinstate your store.
Just a note of observation from seeing your main store page(which is all we can see now), do you have the rights and proof to show to sell Microsoft and other software material. You might have to show proof that you can.. |

Thanks for your prompt respond. Now I know well why my store is suspended.
The other stores are not suspended, maybe they can prove that they can sell these items or they are not reported, is it right? |

Like I said no one here knows exactly why yours was suspended. Only the people that run Ecrater know. You should contact them, the sooner the better because it can take a few days to get a response depending on how busy they are |

Did you have the same items listed more than once among all those 3 websites you posted? That is against eCrater's Terms Of Service. You cannot list the same item more than once, even if it is not in the same store. One seller-one product.
And saying why did I get suspended while others selling the same stuff is like arguing why the police is giving you a ticket for crossing red since others were also doing it.
If you want to report others use contact form to report them.
And it is not 100% that was the reason of your suspension. It could be any one of the reasons mentioned in the link I gave. I suggest you read it carefully and consider your store and items.
Fix the issue or prepare your proof only then contact eCrater about it. They may not answer otherwise. |

| I do have permission to use the pictures from the other site and I guarantee all my purses to be authentic 100% or thier money back. I have sold at least 20 of these and never had to refund not one. I did send an email to ecrater yesterday with no response. Please help to get reistated. |
