It looks like your store is suspended. You will have to contact Ecrater to find out the reason(click on the contact form at the bottom right of the Ecrater main page)
No one on here can tell what you did or didn't do to get your store suspended, read the Rules section in the forum and try to figure it out.
Just from the front of your store it looks like you selling Microsoft products or key codes, If so you may have to provide proof that you have Microsoft's permission or rights to sell them. This is just strictly a observation though. |

Read the terms and conditions very carefully...and honestly. Find out what you think could be the problem. You are selling software. ecrater is very cautious about such sellers because there is so much cloned stuff out there.
It doesn't help to email ecrater unless you have found the problem and corrected it. |
