Help Me Mod..

My store http://www.shoptronik.ecrater.com is not show my listing product, but there is 'There are no items in this category'
I want to ask..

1. Is there wrong product in my store?
2. can my store back to normal ? Or I have to create a new store ?
3. If my store can back to normal, what should I do to get my store back to normal ?

Your store has been suspended. This means you have done something against the terms and conditions of ecrater. No one here can see anything but your home page, about, terms and contact pages. We can't see your listings.

Read ecrater's terms and conditions carefully to see what you have done wrong. If you are selling technology, you will have to prove that your items are authentic, that you have the right to use the photos you have uploaded etc.

That might not be the problem but that is all I can see from your home page.

After you fix what is wrong or have submitted documentation to ecrater you can ask to be reinstated.

Ecrater expects you to read the terms and conditions before listing anything. Therefore they don't notify you.

Another thing that could be wrong is that your photos didn't upload to proper size. If they are tiny and do not enlarge when clicked, for instance. Do you have proper titles and descriptions, in English and only using approved methods of payment?

Go over your store with the terms and conditions in front of you to find out the problem.

Read eCarters Terms of Service. It clearly states that they don't give warnings or explanations for suspension. You are supposed read the terms and obey them or they suspend or close your store (depending on the case).

Now read: http://www.ecrater.com/terms.php and figure it out. Then clean up your store from the stuff that isn't allowed. Or collect your proof that it is wrongly suspected. Then contact eCrater to ask them to remove the suspension.
