Hi, I have been selling on ecrater pretty much since ecrater first started. I love this site and have recommended it to everyone I know. I logged in the other day to see that my store was suspended. The reason was I was blamed for having multiple stores selling the same products. I only have 1 ecrater store. The problem is that most of the products I sell are drop shipped from a company. I was the first seller on ecrater to sell this companies products. Recently other sellers are came on who are also selling there products. Because of this I was blamed for having multiple accounts and duplicate listings. How can I differentiate myself and get back to selling? Any proof or documentation showing that I am indeed different and live across the country from my dropshipper can be provided. Thanks for any help you can provide. |

Opening another store with another name after you were suspended is a great way to banned forever. |

I do not have another ecrater store. This is the only one I have. I might have opened another one a very long time ago, but I never used it and I do not remember the login information. |

YOU too are using the same phone number!
All I can say is this topic has been discussed with your two other stores previously. See http://community.ecrater.com/viewtopic.php?p=171546
All three of the stores had the same phone and other information on the stores.
Since your store has been suspended there is nothing anyone on this forum can do for you as we are all sellers just like you. |

Your probably right about the phone number. The warehouse which I sell for has a dedicated 800 number which processes credit cards over the phone. They differentiate who makes the sale by the extension on the 800 number. I am going to remove the 800 number and hopefully it makes some kind of a difference. |

its ridicilous to suspend one store just because had a same item, and ecrater make a bad suspect to us about duplicate store, and says that same people make the same store...if ecrater doesnt allowed dropshipper to open a store, please fix the TOS first..
i think this free store still under development, they cannot reply to most of our question,
most of the answer come from one perception to another which dont match to ecrater TOS itself...but i really appreciate to senior member to give a clue about our problem..thanks |

xtrogames, your store is on hold. That means no one can buy anything until you take it off hold. You put it on hold, not ecrater, and only you can take it off hold.
There is nothing wrong with the way ecrater is set up or the TOS. You just have to activate your store.
Your problem is not connected to the problem of the person who started this topic. |
