The issue is still not resolved.
Some feeds were processed with no errors.
Others still fail with "website url not claimed"
There is also another group of feeds for which part of the items are successfully processed and the other part fail with "website url not claimed".
We resubmitted some of the failed ones and found that after several tries they will eventually be processed with no errors.
We contacted Google about the problem.
In the same time we will continue to resubmit all failed feeds on a daily basis. |

Yes I am one of the unfortunate ones that failed again. Just wondering why if this was a site wide problem, why should some feeds work and others not? At first I wasn't too concerned because I assumed once the feeds started working again they would work for all of us. I have been checking my results in google products and the number of results for my store is beginning to drop! I hope this is resolved soon. |

Unfortunately, both of my stores are part of the failed submits.
I'd like to say thanks to Ecrater for their prompt attention to this matter - I'm sure they'll have this resolved soon!

I'm currently A-OK. My feed processed. Ecrater ~ thanks so much for working on it and keeping us posted. Keeping fingers crossed that everyone else is up and running soon too!

Thank you for taking care of the sellers and updating us on the status. One of my stores is among those that is only partially resolved. But I know you'll have it fixed soon. |

Just an observation. My smaller store with 85 items never received this message this entire time. All 85 items were noted as processed.
My larger store with the same format of descriptions received this message and I presume will keep it until its normal feed day.
Interesting. |

I too still have the error message . Is there something that makes one store more acceptable than another for the Google feed ? If so , can we correct it and make our store more acceptable ? |

I am still getting the error message also. I believe that this is a system error and nothing the individual store owner can correct. We need to be patient and wait for ecrater to fix it. The good news is that many stores are reporting that the error was resolved so hopefully all will be well soon for the rest of us. |
