My customer has ordered the same item twice. Do I simply cancel one order? |

Yes. Was one paid for. I delete the unpaid duplicate order. |

If they paid for both, contact them to clarify if they wanted two, unless of course you only have one! If you only have one and then they ordered two you will need to send an apology and then turn on your quantity control.
If they only paid for one, then yes as Periwinkles said cancel the extra order. But if they paid for two contacting them allows them to tell you what they wanted and also shows that you are on top of things--customers like that. |
