|
|
Hi there folks. I have a potentially big problem and I was wondering if I could get your help. When I go to the home page of the store and click on any of my categories, I get and error like this:
"Not Found
The requested URL //c/800347/transformers was not found on this server."
This happens in either Firefox or Internet Explorer.
HOWEVER, when my wife clicks on the categories on her computer, everything is fine. Could anyone just click on the categories to see if they can replicate this issue? I'd hate to think I'm losing customers...
Thank you! |

Works fine for me. The featured category for Transformers, on your Homepage, directs me to the category page http://dinosaurtoyvault.ecrater.com/c/800347/transformers
This must be an issue with your browser setup. |

Works ok on my computer, too, DinosaurToyVault. I tried it in Firefox and Safari. |

Okay, thanks! I'd be happy if it just doesn't work on my computer. If anyone else wants to report in, I'd greatly appreciate it. The more positive results the better. I wouldn't have panicked if it hadn't been both my browsers not working! |

Well, I've isolated the problem. When I visit the site by going to "www.dinosaurtoyvault.com" and click on a category like "Star Wars", it gives me an error. However, when I go to the site from "www.dinosaurtoyvault.ecrater.com" it works just fine. Can anyone replicate this? I emailed the ecrater team and I'm hoping they can help. |

You MASKED your domain name. You can't do that. You need to forward it. |

I have no idea how I would have done that nor do I know how to change it. I wonder if it got changed when it auto renewed, because I've never had this problem before. |

Okay, I changed it on the domain provider page. Wow, I know I didn't have it set that way before, because it was never a problem. Lesson learned.
Thanks for your help!!!! |
