Images not showing in Google Product

Hi,

Many of my images show in eCRATER but are not showing in Google product. Some are... Some aren't . Does anyone know why? Is it something I can correct myself?

Actually, I couldn't find the same problem in the threads.

My items are showing in Google Products/Shopping. It's just the images/photos that are not showing. Some of the images show and some don't.

Do you have any idea what is causing this? The only thing I'm doing differently these days is making sure my JPEGs are at least 1000 on one side ... many of my previous images are a little smaller.

I thought ecrater resizes photos when they are uploaded so I don't see that this would make a difference. Also images with this size on other sites show up fine on Google.

Could it just be that my last feed got fowled up somehow and it will correct in the future?

When this happens, it typically isn't anything that you the seller has done. Most of the little bloopers are on Google's end! Razz

Thank you all for your input.

I tried reloading some of the images but it didn't make a difference. I guess I'll just wait and see what the future brings and hope this self-corrects.

NoseyParkersNook - posting a link or at least a screen print will better show us what you are talking about.
You didn't tell us what you are searching therefore we can not even attempt to get the same results.

I noticed the same thing with some of my products. Google is messed up!

Here are two screen shots... one of my listings in Google Products/Shopping and one of another eCrator store (Paddysplace) with a similar problem. I also noticed two more eCrator stores whose pictures don't show.

Yesterday, I didn't notice so many others with the same problem.

This is part of the issues with google. It's a problem on their end. It has been reported.

I'm having this problem now. Anyone figure out the problem?

I do use some of the same images on eBay, maybe that has something to do with it?
