I created 3 items and they still have not appeared on ecrater. I even did the shipping matrix (I hope correct) I used a flat rate fee for shipping and even added a PayPal account for payment but still my items don't show. Anybody out their that can help? What am I forgetting to do when I open a new account? Any trouble shotting tips? Also whats an email address I can write to for ecrater? I have searched and I cant find one anywhere. Thanks. |

When I go to your store and click on your items it says "no product" which I believe means your store is suspended. That would explain why they don't show up in search. |

Store not suspended because I never received anything saying it is suspended. So what else can it be? Thanks. |

They don't tell you when they suspend you. You have to go through the Ecrater terms and see what you might have violated, correct it, and then apply for reinstatement. A couple of people have posted that they asked for a reason and got one, but I don't think that is usual; you are expected to figure it out for yourself. None of us on the forum can see your items so we can't make any suggestions.

go to www.ecrater.com on the bottom right corner ... click on contact (same place as you find the contact link in your own store) |

You can see your store status first and them contact the ecrater.com .Sign in. and click the Google feed's status.You will see the store status |

you can see your account status on my way
if you account is active,that means everything on your store are well
if you see your account is :suspended
That means you must fix the problem of your store ,the title the description or other reasons
Under the Google feed's status,you will see "Errors"
hope it can help you to find your problem
Here is a example of my Google feed's status
Account status: Active
Feed's last updated: July 18, 2010 16:40:28
Feed's processing status: processed
Items processed: 3960
Items inserted: 3959
Errors:
# of errors Problem
1 Prohibited word in attribute: description
1 Prohibited word in attribute: title |
