I have only been on ecrater a short time & have just discovered the forums! I am very glad to be here and have seen alot of really great deals on here! I'm afraid I will be shopping more than selling!!! LOL  |

Cherokee, you should take cash on delivery out of your accepted payments. That is COD - high fraud, expensive and you could end up losing your item.
Very nice items and your store looks good. |

I took a look at your store and it's a delight to see a new store that has provided information on all their text pages as well as the front page. Your jewelry is beautiful.
I do have a few little suggestions.
The metal used in the wires or post for earrings is very important for those who have allergies. I realize your earrings are listed in the category of "Sterling Earrings", but you should state sterling in both the title and the description.
Make sure the customer can tell how the earrings work. I was looking at "Native American Sterling Zuni Multi Stone Inlay Earrings" and I couldn't tell what kind of earrings these would be. Are they clip, wire or post?
The titles on eCrater can be up to 100 characters and the search on eCrater is title only so use your space. I would add the artist's name and tribe to the title when possible.
Be sure to check the FAQ section of the forum if you have questions. If you don't find your answer, post your question to one of the other sections and a fellow seller will be along to help. |
