I just started myself and I am a little overwhelmed. Im shipping my items for free because I can't figure out the shipping deal. I bought a scale but my items Im selling are in ounces so it weighs nothing. Im not getting the shipping matrix. Do I use it? If so how? If I start using the scale , when I ship something what box do I use. Post office gave me samples of flat rate boxes I cant use because my stuff weighs nothing and I feel its not fair. If I use scale and weigh in ounces and go on line to postal pricing for that Is the prices accurate but what box do I weigh it with. I really need help. Hope you can help me seeing that you just started and it looks like you got your web site together.
