Is there an easy way to renew an item or do you have to completely relist it as new then cancel the old??????? |

If by "renew" you mean edit an item, find the item in your Products list in the Admin page. Out to the right there are 5 icons; the yellow pencil icon is the edit button. Make your changes and then click Update & Exit at the bottom.
If by "renew" you mean to restart a listing when it ends, that doesn't happen here. Once you list an item, it stays listed until you end it or it sells.
If you meant something else, sorry I missed it!
Good luck!!

Hi, no I meant to relist it, I understand that it goes on forever here on this lost planet. I guess from what you have said, that I will have to recreate the listing, list it, then cancel the old in order to get the item "back at the top" so to speak,
thanks for at least replying. |

You can duplicate the original listing. The button is under the camera on the right side, it looks like two sheets of paper. It duplicates everything except for the pictures. |

Google doesn't like that. Your current item is already indexed. It could take months for the new listing to be indexed. It could happen right away but there is no guarantee. The only place the new listing will be at the top is on ecrater category search and that only lasts minutes or hours. |
