Hi there,

My store (http://animeraro.ecrater.com/) got suspended because I put pre-order items. I have already deleted all my pre-order products. I e-mailed eCrater to re-activate my store (yesterday). How long do I have to wait?

It just really depends on how busy they are. IT could take a day or it could take several. As long as you've corrected everything that was wrong with your store they will get it back up

Because, it send me a note.


My store is now suspended. I don't know why haven't received a note just went to view it and no items are showing up. My website is urfashion.ecrater.com

The Everything-n-More store appears to be active.

The urfashion store appears to be suspended.

I have no idea why, that is something you need to investigate.

urfashion, did you have out of stock items showing in your inventory listings? If so that would do it. According to your home page you have back in stock so I'm wondering if you had a bunch of sold out items showing. Items currently not available even if for a short time are not supposed to be visible.

No I didn't even know it said out of stock. Maybe I need to change that. All of my items are in stock. I even just added a bunch of new items yesterday. That's what made me go try to view it myself. How do I get it reinstated?
