I don't know what happened but now since the downtime at ecrater I am able to save as jpeg.Whatever happened,thank you!

henhousegiftsandcollectib,
I had to laugh. I went to try the suggestion of using the windows Paint program after eCrater was back up, but now I can save all the pictures as .jpg.
I have no idea what happened, but everything is OK now.

Like we were saying, that problem is usually temporary -- I think it's just a Windows glitch.
