suggestion- your descriptions need help. I looked at about 10 items and not one of the had a description that described the item for sale |

Welcome to ecrater.
Your sold out items have to be hidden. Makes no difference if you are awaiting a new supply or will not have another. |

Sold Out
Yeah, I wasn't sure if this was an item sold out everywhere else or if you no longer had them available. If you're going to leave it up for the buyer to see, you only have 60 days and should add a note in the description that it is no longer available. Adding a 'Sold' picture (available somewhere on this forum) and making that the default helps too.

Welcome  Having a sold out item showing even with a "Sold Out" tag is against ecrater rules and can get your store suspended. There is no 60 day exception or extention. If the item is not available it must be hidden or deleted. |

Oops. I read this forum when I first started but didn't read the replies. I swear I read 60 days somewhere too. Oh well, hide away! |
