Just after Christmas, I received feedback from my customers that when they click into the featured categories to view my items there is a message: "There are no items in this category". Therefore, they don't see any of my items at all!
However, at administrative tools under navigation, I can view my items in both categories & products. Therefore, I can't figure out why my customers can't view my items at all at my store???
Eveything is going fine before Christmas, so it is so unfortunate I got feedback from my customers that they encounter problem at my store now.
Please help so that my customers can place order from me soon!!

Your store has been suspended. You have to make corrections, then contact ecrater to be reinstated. Be sure to read the Ecrater's terms by clicking on terms from the main Ecrater page. |

These are the problems from your home page and terms which are against eCrater's Terms of Service:
"All prices indicated are in SGD (Singapore Dollar)" --> Per eCrater: all prices must be in US dollars.
"Mode of payment: ATM transfers or Internet banking" --> This payment method is not supported by eCrater. |

I will contact ecrater to reinstate my store.
